These minutes show that the Recording Secretary does not keep proper and accurate minutes.
They show that the board violates the bylaws by appointing a member to the board.
The minutes also show that the board felt that they had voted the Membership Secretary out of the club which is contradictory to the bylaws.
There are board members who were present who will attest to the fact that a number of the quotes attributed to the Membership Secretary during the meeting did not happen.
The statement in parenthesis about John’s rambling on and being confused is pure opinion coming from the recording secretary.
The President appointed George Emanuel to the board. There is nothing in the bylaws allowing this appointment.
CRSO created a committee which is not allowed for in the bylaws.
CRSO’s committee added new range rule signs and it is recorded that this is to be voted on by the members.
The last paragraph states; ” the voting members have voted john out of the club, by majority 6 out of seven to vote out”. The vote that was held at this meeting was whether to or not to put John up before the membership for expulsion. The board cannot vote anyone out of the club without going through the process described in the bylaws requiring a 2/3 vote to expel.
Pay particular attention to the confusing language under new business where it says “want to have rso’s on the range at the range at any time”.
