Shows the boards contempt for the Membership Secretary in that no board member picked up the certified letter.
This certified letter was sent to the President at the Clubs P.O. Box and was never picked up by any of the officers therefore it was returned to sender.

Re: 2014 Raffles
I’m writing you this letter to notify you that I’m no longer involved with any raffles at NCCSC, nor have I been since prior to the April 28th Board meeting. You are responsible for making sure filings are done along with compiling the information to be filed. Consider this letter additional notice.
I informed you on June 19, 2012, via e-mail, of the need to file tax form 990 as well as, the February filing deadline for all small games of chance raffles information stated above. Prior to my e-mail, member Bob Heller notified you, via e-mail, of the same on June 14th 2012 that filings were due at the beginning of February. It was also recommended to speak with a tax advisor. You chose to ignore all recommendations.
I’ve previously given you detailed statements for each yearly raffle I was involved with (revenue, expenses, tickets sold, etc.). My involvement with the raffles was the distribution & collection of tickets, procurement of prizes, and providing necessary tax forms to prize winners. My portion of the raffle ended there. You, the NCCSC President, are responsible to ensure the necessary information is compiled from the treasurer, to complete tax filings.
I also remind you that club members Dean Barr, Fran Bianchini, and Frank Tait also supplied firearms for various raffles. Information may be needed from their records to fully complete any filings the club, is required to file, with any and all appropriate governmental agencies.
On another matter, I do not believe you have the authority to continue a suspension after the vote to expel was defeated. I also oppose and dissent to the inappropriate handling of the April 28th executive board meeting and subsequent members meeting(s) to date. I find that all recent meeting minutes (2014) to be almost wholly fabricated, inaccurate, contradictory, as well as, not read or discussed prior to the vote of acceptance to allow for additions or corrections by the membership.
As I’ve observed, this is an utter lack for following Robert’s Rules of Order. I believe you’ve shown a complete disregard for following club bylaws and an inability to hold meetings in a timely concise manner. I will be unavailable for any executive meeting(s) for the indefinite future. Future correspondence must be in writing only (no e-mails).
